Please get your reservations in as soon as possible before March 6th so we can get an accurate headcount.  Last years' banquet we came very close to room capacity, so if it increases again this year by a significant margin we may need a larger room, so let us know as soon as possible if you are coming by making your reservations now.

Many of the great prizes and auction items we have to offer each year come from the extreme generosity of our members and their families.  Please help keep the annual banquets fun and exciting each year, and keep our costs low, through your donations and support for this annual event.  The more the Chapter makes at this annual event, the more we can reinvest in taking care of the cold water streams in the region that we all enjoy fishing so much and can pass on that stewardship to our children.  This is our only fundraiser we have each year and this money directly affects what we can do for streams in our area.  Its also a heck of a lot of fun!  We make no money from the cost of the banquet tickets.  The Chapter only makes money for conservation on any bucket raffle tickets, the Hornbeck canoe raffle, and silent & live auctions, held at the banquet.  Get the word out (hang a poster up) and let's see if we can take over the Century House with increasing attendance every year. The bigger it is, the better it is.

Thank You,

The Banquet Committee.

*** Trout Unlimited is a 4 star rated charity with a whopping 84% of donations going to their intended purpose of coldwater conservation!  Plus all donations are tax deductible and will leave a wonderful gift for generations to come.  Your generous donations at this event are a great help in furthering the mission of protecting our coldwater fisheries.

Those who donate items for the auctions and raffles make this annual event possible. The Clearwater TU banquet is a showcase of craftsmanship and generosity that is unmatched. Businesses we patronize, Clearwater Chapter TU members, family, and friends who support our organization, all give what they can of their time and resources. Please take a moment to see the list of donors who made the prizes available at this past year’s banquet. Think of these businesses when you shop and thank them for their support.

Banquet Committee News

The Banquet committee is currently sorting prizes and getting last minute things done for this event.  Please seriously consider helping out this year in whatever way you can on the day of the banquet or volunteering for next year.  We are a fun group to work with on this worthwhile committee.

Please Contact the Chairpersons, Jessica Galasso or Anita Wemple, if you would like to join us.

The 2014 Clearwater Chapter Trout Unlimited 42nd Annual Conservation Banquet was held last year at The Century House in Latham and was a resounding success.

It was the largest  banquet the chapter has held in many years!

Thanks to all who attended and supported us!

The 2014 Hornbeck Canoe raffle winner was Jim Bradt

The Century House put on a great meal for everyone and the number of prizes that were available this year allowed virtually everyone to go home with something.  Please consider attending in 2015 and better yet, think about donating your time & talents on the Banquet Committee, or a prize to be raffled or auctioned off, to raise funds for our conservation work.  All donations are tax deductible.

Thank you so much to all who helped in this endeavor.  The Banquet Committee and its chairperson Jess Galasso did an outstanding job this year!  This was the largest banquet the chapter has ever hosted in many years.

Another BIG THANK YOU you goes to our sponsors & supporters.  It is because of their many generous donations, our Annual Banquet is such a great success.  Please visit them and tell them you are a member of our chapter and thank them for their support.

Thanks!

This Year's Annual Banquet will be March 14th, 2015, so get your reservations in NOW.

Please let us know what you would like to do to make it better, join the banquet committee, or make a donation for auction items to support the chapter.

Every penny we make goes directly to stream conservation efforts in the region.

The chapter makes no money on the dinner itself at this banquet, so every donation, auction item, bucket raffle prize, and the canoe raffle ticket sales are the only thing the chapter has to raise money each year for conservation projects.
